Our Competitive team is a step up from our Rec Team. Team Active already has the basics down and trains hard for local and national competitions. Climbing competitions are run by USA Climbing, and include local and national events! Youth can even go on to compete internationally, with the Olympics being at the tip-top.

$185/month

The team meets August - May, but not during the summer months of June and July. We will follow the Clarke County School system calendar.

Competitive team fees come with a full gym membership but do not include USA Climbing membership fees or outdoor trips. These fees/trips are not mandatory, but can significantly enhance your child's climbing enrichment and experience.

We offer rental climbing shoes for the first two months. Afterward, we ask that you please purchase shoes for your child to enhance their performance.

Tryouts will be on the 4th and 8th of August. Individuals who demonstrated interest and performed well in our summer program have priority in joining the team. If your kiddo enjoys climbing as much as we do, even with no experience, we will be there to guide them.

Payments are due at the beginning of each month, setting up similar to our memberships, with the option to cancel anytime.
No refunds/discounts for missed classes.

If you know anyone interested in sponsoring the team, please send them our way. Traveling and accommodations to and from competition events add up really quickly.
