Clear Your Mind, Strengthen Your Body

Thank you for your interest in our yoga classes. We’ve started just with few people and now the classes are getting bigger and bigger.

Yoga classes will resume the first week in August.

Join us every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM for yoga with instructor, Susan Mattern.

We’ve got all the mats and blocks here so just come and enjoy it.

Free for first timers !
$5 for members on file
$8 for regular climbers/ monthly unlimited climbing / guests.

Susan Mattern: Vinyasa Yoga Instructor

Susan is a certified teacher of Vinyasa yoga who completed her teacher training with Rolf Gates in 2008. She has been practicing yoga for five years and recently discovered her love of climbing one year ago. Susan’s day job is teaching history at UGA.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a vigorous, flowing form of yoga that will especially benefit climbers by strengthening core muscles and improving flexibility and balance.
