How to Book A Party

Come and enjoy our separate room especially designed for parties! It is like you are home, with a new kitchen, with plenty of spots for the adults to sit and watch the kids have fun.

Your kids will LOVE our:

  • Tunnels behind the walls
  • Super FAST and LONG slide
  • Impressive feature that looks like a giant (called Rocky!)
  • Rope swing
  • plus much more!

With a range of terrain to climb, your children can enjoy climbing courses from super easy, to incredibly challenging!

Active Climbing Parties are for children ages 6 and up, but we can have even the little ones climb around (see details).

Birthday parties are set up to be had in two hour blocks.

Each children is given a safety harness and a climbing coach is provided for every 5 kids. The parents are FREE to climb once or twice too. We really encourage parents to come dress with comfortable clothes just so they can try climbing too. If your children see you climbing they will wanna climb more! Free for parents.

We’ll even set up the party tables with decorative plates and one small Gatorade for each climber. We also give away a FREE tshirt for the birthday climber!

Minimum: 5 Climbers
Maximum: 25 Climbers

We close the room for regular climbing if you have more than 15 climbers. For larger parties we’ll have a different set up. Please call Adrian at 706-354-0038 for more details.

The Price to Party

up to 15 children: $25/child
16 children and up: $22/child
Please keep in mind that we have to bring staff to belay for your party. The prices reflect the extra human effort we put into your event. Tips are always appreciated.

Add an extraordinary climbing demonstration, climbing 40 foot long upside down traverse for only $15 ! Everybody is going to be blown away, from parents to all the participants to the party!

Kids Around 5 YRS Old

If you have one or two little kids (up and around 5) we charge $10 per kid if they don’t climb with the rope. If you wish to have a separate party for little ones, but not all the kids will end up climbing, the price will be $18 per child.

The parents can climb next to their kids once or twice. It’s really fun, plus, it gives the little ones a bit more confidence and presents a really great opportunity to climb and play at the same time with the kids. Please encourage the parents to come and join the party!

How To Book A Party

  • Call 706-354-0038 or email Adrian at adrian@activeclimbing.com to see what slots we’ve got available.
  • Give us a rough number of how many kids you intend to bring. Three days before the party, call or email us with a final count, so we’ll know how many instructors to bring.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the party so we can get the kids geared up and ready to climb. We cannot extend the time of your party if you or your guests are late.
