Come and enjoy our separate room especially designed for parties! Are you tired of those jumpy places? Looking for something new and healthy for your child’s upcoming party? You’ve found what you’ve been looking for! Bring your child in before you make a decision, let them use our slide once or twice, see the space for yourself and receive a FREE T-shirt! Here all the children feel at home. You can use our kitchen, plus there are plenty of spots for the adults to sit and watch the children have fun. Your children will LOVE our:
- Tunnels behind the walls
- Super FAST and LONG slide
- Impressive feature that looks like a Giant (called Rocky!)
- Rope swing
- plus much more!
With a range of terrain to climb, your children will enjoy climbing courses from super easy, to incredibly challenging! Active Climbing Parties are for children ages 3 and up, but we can even have the little ones climb around. We did have an almost two year old girl that climbed to the top with the harness and ropes!
Birthday parties are set up for one hour and a half or two hour blocks.
Party descriptions
Option 1 – Bronze Party – 90 min (1 1/2 hours) $150
Have the children climb under your supervision in the beginners room, the easy section, and no higher than shoulder height, all around the party room, get some speed on the 20 feet long slide, explore tunnels behind the walls and have them swing on the super rope and much more fun for them! Everybody attending to any kind of activities at Active Climbing, LLC is required to have this form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please click here to print out our Waiver Form 2012
No table set up, no instructors or equipment is provided. If you want to get at least one instructor to pull the ropes for some of the children that may feel adventurous, please let us know with three days advance notice and we’ll get you one staff here, at an extra $30/staff. Rental will be provided at the regular price if needed – shoes $3, harness $1 and belay device $2 – With a range of terrain to climb, your children will enjoy climbing courses from super easy, to incredibly challenging! You can use our private kitchen and the 12′ picnic table to serve cake/food and open presents.
Price: 90 minutes – $150 for up to 20 children. $10 for each additional child. 25 children maximum. $30 for one instructor if needed. Please read the Fine Print
Note: Please advise and invite your guests to arrive in time. Example: if the party is set from 1 to 2:30, please be here at 1 (please, no earlier). You will not have access to the party room. Again, please DO NOT get here before the party is set to begin since we may have other parties scheduled.
The 90 minutes time from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Please respect our tight schedule, our staff and instructors (belayers) and other parties. Once you arrive here, you will set up the table and we will gear up the kids with harnesses. If you need instructors, they will be here for just one hour. If your guests are coming in late and/or you want to extend the time the instructors are helping, there will be a $20 charge for every 10 minutes you stay over. We will let you know when you are getting close to the hour to avoid the extra charges. Thank you for your understanding.
This is how we suggest you plan the 90 minutes party time: First 10 min. set up and gear up the climbers, 50 min. playing (climbing with the ropes), 30 min. for eating food, snacks, pizza, cake, prepare to leave.
We’ll take care of the clean up. Just leave everything on the table so we can recycle whatever we can. Sales taxes not included.

Option 2 – Silver Party – 90 min(1 1/2 hours) $195
Have the children climb all the way to the top with our instructors (they will be there for one hour, you need them for pulling on the ropes safely) and harnesses (climbing shoes are optional for $3/pair).

The children climb under our supervision to get the real deal, we’ll guide and challenge them, race up on the wall if they want, plus they can try on the easy section and no higher than shoulder height all around the party room on their own, get some speed on the 20′ long slide, explore tunnels behind the walls and have them swing on the super rope and trapeze and much more fun for them! We also give the birthday climber a FREE t-shirt! We do not set up the table. You can use our private kitchen and the 12 feet picnic table to serve cake/food and open presents. Option 3 – Gold Party – 120 min(two hours) $295
This is it, we are on almost everything! You just take care of the food and cake, that’s all! We’ll set up the party tables with nice covers, decorative plates and napkins, one small sport drink (Gatorade or Welches) for each climber, water and cups. Each child is given a safety harness and “fancy” climbing shoes. A climbing coach is provided for every 6 children ( the instructors will be there for 1.5 hours, more than enough to have the children wiped out).

The parents are FREE to climb once or twice too. We really encourage parents to come dressed in comfortable clothes just so they can try climbing too. If your children see you climbing they will want to climb more! The children climb under our supervision to get the real deal, we’ll guide and challenge them, race up on the wall if they want, plus they can try the easy section and no higher than shoulder height, all around the party room on their own, get some speed on the 20′ long slide, explore tunnels behind the walls and have them swing on the super rope, play upstairs with hula-hoops and exercise balls, have fun on the trapeze and gymnastic rings and much more fun for them! We also give away a FREE t-shirt for the birthday climber!
So all you need to take care of is the cake. If you don’t have time to bring food, no worries, you can always have us order the pizza for you. Papa Johns delivers here for $12/one large/ one topping. We’ll advise you how many to get. Note: Please advise and invite everybody to arrive on time. Example: if the party is set from 1 to 3, please come here at 1. You will not have access to the party room. Again, please DO NOT get here before the party is set to begin since we may have other parties scheduled.

How To Book A Party
- Please email Adrian at adrian@activeclimbing.com or call 706-354-0038 or to see what slots we’ve got available.
- Give us a rough number of how many children you intend to bring. Three days before the party, call or email us with a final count, so we’ll know how many instructors to bring.
- Please advise everyone attending the party to arrive in time for the party so we can get the kids geared up and ready to climb. We cannot extend the time of your party if you or your guests are late.

Safety Rules
Dear Parents, thank you for thinking about us and booking a party with us here. Our goal is to offer the best, safest and fun party that your children will ever have. To achieve this, we need your help as well. Our staff/instructors are here to pull the ropes (belay) for your children, to make sure they get to the top and down safely. Highly trained for any situation, they keep their eyes on the children climbing, not the ones running and playing. For your child’s safety, we give them the rules before the party starts, but as you know/you’ll see, they get super excited to be here with their friends, and they will not remember the rules. So your role is important! Keep the children under control, no rough housing, no running, no swinging on ropes, no fighting … Also, please keep the food and drinks out of the mats! Fine Print
To avoid any confusions please read carefully!
A Note regarding Party Guests: We understand that siblings of the Birthday Party guests may want to join in the fun. However, because we are responsible for the safety of all, there will be a $10 charge for any additional child present (including, but not limited to the slide, running around in the room along with other children, climbing stairs, etc.), even if they are not participating in climbing.
Chapter I “logistics”
1. Time – please arrive on time: yourself and your guests. 2pm is 2, not 1:45 or 2:15
2. Waivers – every child attending the party must have a waiver signed by their parents/legal guardian. If they’ve been here before we need to check our system. Waiver forms expire at the end of every year.
3. Wrist bands – the party guests will receive a wrist band after the waiver had been verified.
4. Siblings – we understand that siblings of the Birthday Party guests may want to join in the fun. However, because we are responsible for the safety of all, there will be a $10 charge for any additional child that joins in, age two and up, (including, but not limited to the slide, running around in the room along with other children, climbing stairs, etc.), even if they are not participating in climbing. The parents are responsible for watching their little ones.
Chapter II “money”
1. There’s no deposit required, you’ll pay at the end of the party. An email confirmation is all we need at the time you book a party.
2. Extra charges – coming early or staying over the time your party had been scheduled may add to your final bill.
3. You can pay Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Sales taxes are not included in the price of the party.
4. Tips are always appreciated. No pressure
Chapter III “the real fine line”
1. You have two options to pay for the extra kids/siblings that join the party. Pay the tab yourself ($10/child) or advise the parents up front that extra sibling(s) that enter the area to play/climb around must pay at the front desk ($10 – access to play around and harness up – if needed – shoes are optional $3/pair).
