Birthday parties made fun and easy!

Come and enjoy our separate room especially designed for parties! It is like you are home, with a new kitchen, with plenty of spots for the adults to sit and watch the kids have fun. Tunnels behind the walls, a super fast and long slide, an impressive feature that looks like a giant (called Rocky !), a rope swing plus much more! Enough terrain to climb, from super, super easy to more challenging courses. Ages 6 and up but we can have even the little ones climb around (see details).
Birthday parties are two hours long. The kids get the safety harnesses and a climbing coach for every 5 kids. The parents are FREE to climb once or twice too. We'll even set up the party tables with decorative plates and one small Gatorade for each climber. We also give away a FREE tshirt for the birthday climber!

You can bring food if you want, use our kitchen for that. Cake and pizza are not included. We can order these if you need, just let us know.

Prices for parties:

Minimum of climbers is 5 and the maximum is 25. We close the room for regular climbing if you have more than 15 climbers. For larger parties we'll have a different set up. Please call Adrian at 706-354-0038 for more details.
1 to 20 kids - the price per climber is $25.
21 to 25 kids - the price per climber is $22.
Please have in mind that we have to bring staff to belay for your party. The prices reflects the extra human effort we put into your event.
If you end up with one or two little kids (up and around 5) we charge $10 per kid if they don't climb with the rope. If you wish to have a separate party for little ones, but not all the kids will end up climbing, the price will be $18/kid. The parents can climb next to their kids once or twice. It's really fun, plus, it gives the little ones a bit more confidence. A really great opportunity to climb and play at the same time with the kids. Time slots for Parties

We can have parties any day of the week, we are flexible. Just call Adrian at 706-354-0038 to check availability.
Fridays: 2pm-4pm, 4pm - 6pm and 6:15 - 8:15pm.
Saturdays: 11am - 1pm, 1:15 - 3:15, 3:30 - 5:30 and 5:45 - 7:45pm
Sundays: 1pm - 3pm and 3:15 - 5:15pm

What you need to know and do if you decide to book a party with us

Call 706-354-0038 or email Adrian at adrian@activeclimbing.com to see what slots we've got available.
Give us a rough number of how many kids you intend to bring. Three days before the party, call or email us with a final count, so we'll know how many instructors to bring.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the party so we can get the kids geared up and ready to climb. We cannot extend the time of your party if you or your guests are late.
